This is a ONE-OF-A-KIND shear for a progressive hair artist. This shear is designed to perform a hair cut from start to finish. Held parallel to the hair one can tilt the shear 10 degrees and remove only 10% of the section (20 degrees, 20% etc.). Due to the highest quality edge work you can slide cut all the way out. It will create the softest lines imaginable. With this superior tool you can sculpt a hair cut, texturize, add dimension and create volume to the hair style. Made in Japan from the Authentic Japanese Hitachi ATS-314 Steel. Can be used by right and left handed stylists.
