Return Policy
Items can be returned within 7 days after receipt. Any return item must be in the original packaging, show no signs of being used, undamaged and in a sellable condition. A restocking fee of 25% -40% may apply on certain items. Special order items are not returnable..
Returns will not be accepted without “written return authorization”. Contact Stay Sharp at info@staysharpshears.com for authorization.
Authorized returns can be exchanged or refunded. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to be posted.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1 business day. Any out-of-stock item is back ordered and shipped immediately when the item becomes available. Delivery options are USPS First Class or Priority. Domestic shipments over $199 qualify for “free” shipping.
