  • Q: Do you ship outside the USA to other countries?
    • A: Yes, we ship to most countries. Contact us if you are not sure.
  • Q: Why didn't I receive an email confirmation after submitting my order?
    • A: You either entered an incorrect email address when you submitted your order or it went into your junk email file. Order confirmations are always sent out.
  • Q: I never received a reply to my inquiry using the "contact us" form.
    • A: Check your spam filter settings and junk email file. Did you enter your email address correctly? All inquiries are responded to.
  • Q: Do you provide sharpening service?

    • A: Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm EST
  • Q: What is your return policy?
    • A: Products can be returned that have not been used, damaged and are in the original packaging. See terms and conditions for details.
  • Q: Do you offer financing?
    • A: Yes, we offer financing through PayPal Credit.. Simply process your order and check out using PayPal for your payment.
