Warranty/Refunds/Cancellations:
Hikari, Masuzaki, Washi, and Yasaka on our website have a warranty through their individual manufacturing companies. Please inquire as to their warranty. Shears that have not been used or damaged may be returned within 7 days upon receipt and must be in their original packaging and material. A 15% restocking fee will apply. You may cancel any time prior to the order being processed and shipped without any cancellation charge. Processed and shipped orders will be subject to charges incurred from the manufacturer.
